Aaron is from Topeka, Kansas. Having worked at Vesta for more than a year, he has been awarded Foreman of the Year and the Employee of the Year in recognition of strong leadership traits. He has managed to build customer rapport by being intentional with communication and honest about the process. He is passionate about leading and coaching his team. It is important to him to build a reputation for our company's core values of integrity, improvement, and intention.
