How do Slab Piers Work?
Slab piers are made of steel and are driven down deep into the ground until load-bearing soil is reached. The weight of your home is then transferred onto the piers for permanent stability and can potentially lift your foundation back into place.
At Vesta, we offer two different types of pier systems to fix your foundation settlement problem:
Push piers are hydraulically driven deep into the soils and held in place with brackets to provide extra support for the piers.
Helical piers resemble a large screw with blades attached to the shaft of the pier. The pier is then drilled down deep into the ground and anchored with brackets.
Each pier system is designed to stabilize your home’s foundation to prevent further settling. Our foundation expert will assess your foundation and recommend the best solution for your home.
• Can be installed any time of year
• Non-invasive installation
• A permanent solution to stabilize the foundation
• 25-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
