Musty Crawl Space Gets a Makeover

This customer in Fayetteville, AR was experiencing issues with cold floors and musty odors right after moving in. After a thorough investigation what the Vesta Foundation Solutions team found was the open vents were creating high relative humidity. This high relative humidity was creating issues with the insulation, making it heavy and causing it to fall to the dirt floor.  Even though they had a vapor barrier the water from several downspouts caused the water to pool on top of the plastic. The Vesta Foundation Solutions of Arkansas team installed drainage and a CleanSpace vapor barrier system to permenantly prevent these problems from happening to this customer's forever home.
