When piers are installed along a wall like this, the footing is notched to get as far beneath the load as possible is achieved. The weight of the home is no longer bearing on the soil and solely relying on the footing. The weight is now being transferred to the pier itself.

When the project is complete, all of the bushes are replaced and the mulching re-installed. The driveway is washed clean and the home is left preserved and protected.

If you have a stone wall foundation in Oklahoma City, OK than you know it can be very tricky trying to see if the cracks are just superficial or structural.  With this home our own Tim Swiger was able to diagnose and simplify a design that will make sure this house is preserved for another 100 years!  The Vesta Team installed Push piers every 6 ft apart to stabilize the foundation from failing soil beneath the home. Inside the home was stabilized with Polylevel foam injection.
