Can I get a ballpark of how much this would cost?
This question is tricky! We do not give rough/ballpark estimates over the phone. It isn't easy to provide the prices of a home over the phone because every home is different, and every situation is not looked at as the same.

Do I need to be present for the inspection?
Yes, a homeowner must be present when a home inspection is being conducted. While our Inspectors are thorough, they want to ensure they don’t miss any of your concerns regarding your home's foundation.
If you are buying a home and would like an inspection done as long as you are under contract, you may be present.
Can they just go over the house and send me the estimate? I don't have time to meet them.
Unfortunately, we can not. We like our homeowners to be present with our certified system design specialist during the inspection. There can be several options depending on the movement and we find that explaining each option helps our Customers have a seamless repair. We want to educate our homeowners on all the possibilities of how we can help repair your home.
We like to provide the utmost information to help our homeowners understand why some home/foundation repair symptoms may appear in their homes.
We ask our homeowners to set aside at least 2 hours for our certified system design specialist to go over all the necessary information to give you the best evaluation possible!
Do you guys pour concrete/build new foundations?
No. Unfortunately, we do not pour new concrete, but we offer services to help lift, level, and raise existing concrete.
