Challenge
The customer was experiencing settling in their pool deck caused by uncompacted fill. The slab sections settled down and away from the pool making it difficult to set the panels back to original position. Foam or mud jacking alone would not remedy the condition.
Solution
The Vesta PolyLevel crew installed concrete injection foam under the slab while utilizing a mechanical lift called a Slab-Jack. This system helps provide a precise lift when the slab appears to be cracking or has already been damaged. Then the PolyLevel foam is installed to fill the void under the slab. The cracks are then sealed using a high-grade sealant called Nexus Pro Joint sealer.
