This historic building is a turn of the century multi-Wythe building. The customer who purchased knew there were issues. The entire wall, not just the fascia was moving. 

Our Vesta Design Specialist came up with a plan. Team Vesta would anchor the wall to the building’s 2nd-level floor substructure. We installed wall anchors that tie the wall to the joists.

Team Vesta installed Geo-Lock Anchors and a decorative wall plates. After installation, the walls were stabilized and the customer was more than happy with the service. Not only did we fix the problem, but Team Vesta helped to preserve the historical building.

This driveway had settled, but our team successfully lifted and leveled it back to its original position.

Our team was able to lift and stabilize this brick column back into it's original position by installing helical piers and injection our PolyLevel injection foam into the homeowners cement slab.

These images highlight a dramatic concrete repair transformation in Concho, OK (73022), where Vesta Foundation Solutions lifted a severely sunken concrete slab using PolyLevel® and sealed the joints with NexusPro® to prevent future water intrusion. The first photo shows a significant trip hazard and uneven slab section near a residential foundation. After PolyLevel® foam injection was used to restore the slab to its proper level, NexusPro® joint sealant was applied to protect the newly stabilized surface from moisture, erosion, and cracking. This long-lasting repair improved safety, appearance, and structural integrity for the homeowner.
