Bench marking is a tool to help you tell if your piers are beginning to fail or not. Bench marking is a way for our team to show you that the piers installed within your homes' foundation are continuing to keep your home stable and happy!
We install small rivets above each pier location. These rivets will be lined up along the same horizontal line. Installing these rivets leave behind a system where our team will be able to detect any movement in your piers.
Bench Marking helps leave behind proof that your home is safe and sound as we do inspect them annually. This is an excellent way to show where the piers are located on the foundation.
The end goal of our bench marking system is for our team to be able to monitor the piers stabilization and give our homeowners a piece of mind!
