Plaza District Home Lifted 2 inches

This home was purchased recently to serve as a rental property. It was built nearly 100 years ago and had several areas added on the front and upstairs. This added weight and poor planning caused several sections to sink under the weight of the home. This dead-load is typically the reason for the framing to slowly sag.  The footings for the old pillars were also too small to properly support the weight of the roof and framing.
