Installer - OKC

We are looking for hands-on installers to be responsible for the installation of the company's waterproofing and foundation repair products according to quality standards, job specifications, and safety regulations. Our installers work hard and get rewarded with excellent pay and benefits. Some travel is required. Because our aim is to be the best in our industry and "wow" our customers, we are looking for individuals who possess excellent skills/ability (we will train on specifics) AND the ability/desire to provide excellent service to our customers. Take a walk through an average day…

• Typically work Monday – Friday, 7am – 5 pm (hours may vary depending on job site)
• Load materials, tools and equipment on the company truck for each job
• Travel to customer’s home in the company truck to install the job
• Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods
• Maintain safe work environments
• Unload and clean the truck upon return to the company
• Provide a remarkable experience to our customers

WHAT WE NEED FOR THIS ROLE

• Construction experience is preferable, but not required
• Unrestricted lifting ability
• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Excellent communication skills
• Regular and punctual attendance at the job locations
• Ability to work overtime if needed
