REPORTS TO: General Manager


The Warehouse Manager has the overall responsibility of managing product and tool inventory, maintenance of tools and company equipment, and supervision of warehouse activities. The Warehouse Manager assists the General Manager in formulating and achieving annual goals, building relationships, and understanding production trends and needs through oversight of the warehouse. The Warehouse Manager will assist with basic office housekeeping and administrative duties when needed. This position may be required to work with crews temporarily to assist the needs of the business.


This position requires a diverse skill set, however, to fill the primary needs of this position by supporting the production department through executing these position objectives:

  • Ensure needed inventory levels
  • Ensure inventory is received and stored in an efficient and economical manner
  • Maintain warehouse to showroom level
  • Improve warehouse operations by determining product handling and storage requirements, developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures for receiving product, equipment utilization, and inventory management
  • Oversee the company’s product inventory
  • Confer with department managers to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with various departments
  • Follow and enforce all safety protocols
  • Ensure our production crews have a remarkable internal customer service experience
  • Maintain a clean and orderly front office and warehouse
  • Assist in monthly inventory and expense reporting
  • Assist in product purchasing and job site deliveries
  • Act as a utility player – assist as a crew substitute when needed (1-2 days a week)


  • 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience
  • Knowledge of purchase techniques and guidelines
  • Effective communication skills
  • Effective computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, walk, crawl, and climb a ladder

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 per hour
