Challenge

Homeowner experienced settling along the back of their home. With very small lot lines machinery was not able to access the areas of concern.

Like many homeowners in Oklahoma, cracks and drywall and sticking doors and windows can be a sign of foundation settlement.  This homeowner had a door replaced and the Carpenter adjusted it 6 times before realizing the foundation was moving!

Solution

The Vesta team performed a soil analysis, used a site laser, and provided load calculations and designed a Push pier system to permanently stabilize this home. The Vesta team installed 4 push piers to depths exceeding 12 ft deep. Then each was pressurized simultaneously to transfer the weight of the home off of the poor soil and back onto the load bearing strata or bedrock.
