This is one of 27 piers installed on this home.  The piers look smal however, they are 30 ft into the ground and driven to pressures exceeding 4500 lbs psi!

The interior was repaired using POLY Level foam injection.  This was injected into the failing soil and is approximately 16 inches thick in most areas.  Deepest areas are about 3 ft.

Lawton, OK Foundation Piering Project

If you live in Lawton, OK, you know there are three things that are certain. (1) You can hear all of the activity of Fort Sill, (2) The Witchita Mountains are not as easy of a hike as you think, and (3) The soil conditions are prone to causing foundation settlement problems. Daniel and his installation team installed this project over the course of 6 days. This home needed 37 Foundation piers with PolyLevel injection on the inside. This customer is now resting on piers 30 ft in the ground rather than the poor soil conditions.
