The Un-leveled floor before work
The floor overhang on this home had sunk about 1 and a half inch.
The beginning phases of the job.
The trim on the outside of the home was removed and prepared for the jack system. The Smart Jack system lifts the floors and brings them back to a level position.
The areas are marks for new footings and then the existing concrete removed.
Measuring the Floor
The holes are marked out at 24inches by 24 inches wide. This makes sure the weight of the home is distributed through the footing and not the surrounding soils.

Plaza District Home Lifted 2 inches
This home was purchased recently to serve as a rental property. It was built nearly 100 years ago and had several areas added on the front and upstairs. This added weight and poor planning caused several sections to sink under the weight of the home. This dead-load is typically the reason for the framing to slowly sag. The footings for the old pillars were also too small to properly support the weight of the roof and framing.
